►Gabriel is Manager and Lawyer at EY Law.
He has a career of more than 15 years in the field of Law, he has worked in both public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in advising on Corporate Law, due diligence, reorganization, spin-offs, redomiciliations, transformations, mergers and acquisitions, organization of legal entities and registration of foreign companies, legal processing of all types of Public Deeds, drafting and review of Financial Contracts, Purchase and Sale, among others.
His focus areas are mainly in Corporate, Commercial, Administrative Law, Notarial, Registral Law, Real Estate and Banking Law.
Gabriel holds a Master’s Degree in Banking Law (Cum Laude) from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Santa Maria La Antigua University (2012) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama (2006).
