Monserrat is Manager of Real Estate and Hospitality division of EY Law.
She has more than 8 years of experience advising clients of public and private sectors in processes such as trusts, regulatory instruments, constitution of condominiums and internal rules, implementation of projects’ legal structures before the MEIC, and other comprehensive advisory to clients and projects.
Monserrat holds a Notarial specialization degree from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. She also has two undergraduate degrees, one in Law from the Universidad Fidélitas, and one in International Relations from the Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
Monserrat is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 2014.
