Alexander Salazar Solórzano is a specialist with more than fifteen years of experience in Competition Law (anti-trust) and Consumer Protection. He has provided legal advice to some of the most important multinational and national corporations in matters related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), preparation of corporate policies in Competition Law, pricing, trade restrictions, horizontal and vertical market practices, predatory prices and other issues related to competitiveness violations. Mr. Salazar also advises clients on advertising and propaganda regulations, product and service guarantees, regulatory issues, packaging, consumer protection, and other litigation procedures under Public Law.
