71% of millennials (the generation born between 1981 and 2000) prefer to go to the dentist rather than interacting with their bank, and most do not know how to identify the differences between their bank and other banks.
46% About 210 million people, equivalent to 46% of the adult population, do not have a bank account.
33% of millennials believe they do not need a bank.
However, this scenario seems to be changing because markets
demand new ways to reach customers and meet their needs, and this change is being driven by the rapid technological development and increased access to the Internet that the region is experiencing.
