Dan Hidalgo is an expert in company law with abundant experience in company formation, reform and update of company statutes and bylaws, capital increases and reductions, other forms of capitalization, powers of attorney, shareholders agreements, corporate resolutions, board of directors and shareholders meetings, compliance, reporting, corporate governance, notarial services, as well as corporate reorganization, transformation, dissolution and liquidation. He leads the practice of mercantile law and the notarial services group in Costa Rica. He also interacts with other lines of business within EY, to structure corporate vehicles for transactional and operative purposes. Dan is a Senior Manager with over 20 years of experience in his area of practice.
