Mr. Nanne is the Associate Partner of Transactions for EY Law. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters concerning foreign direct investment.  As a member of the Labor Law practice, Mr. Nanne gives advice on employment laws, professional services, executive compensation, employee benefits, conflict resolution, and corporate hiring planning.

Jürgen Nanne holds a degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica, as well as Master’s degrees in Law from Duke University and Commercial Law and Commercial Exchange from Fordham University. Mr. Nanne is also a Notary Public graduated from the University of Costa Rica.
