Rosa Lacayo is a Manager at EY LAW in Honduras, her professional practice has been focused on Corporate, Labor, Immigration, Notary and Administrative Law, among others.

 She has extensive experience in the drafting and review of commercial contracts, formulation of legal opinions, Due Diligence processes, Tax matters, drafting of employment contracts, drafting of Internal Labor Regulations, Special Permanence Permits, Work Permits, Residences, Environmental Licenses, Sanitary Licenses, Sanitary Registrations, Intellectual Property, Distributor Licenses, constitution of companies, modifications of deeds of constitution of societies, transformation of societies, elaboration of Minutes of Assemblies, Increases of capital, appointments of representatives, elaboration of powers, purchase-sales of real estate, donations, mortgages, acts of cancellation, regime of property in condominium.

 Rosa Lacayo has a Law degree from the Catholic University of Honduras. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law (only pending thesis) at the National Autonomous University of Honduras and a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law and Port Management at the National Autonomous University of Honduras.

She is also a member of the Honduran Bar Association.
