Roxana Cordero is a specialist in Intellectual Property Law, where she has extensive experience in the registration of trademarks and patents, as well as added value advice in the field of trademark protection. Her expertise also covers matters concerning competition law, trade restrictions, horizontal and vertical market practices, predatory pricing and other issues related to competitiveness violations, as well as regulatory issues (health records, etc.) before government authorities.

Roxana holds a degree in Law from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho in Costa Rica and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Property and Competition Law from Nottingham Trent University of Great Britain.
