Biography
Carlos Ayón has more than two decades of broad-based legal experience advising clients on complex corporate matters, including several mergers and acquisitions, as well as coordinating international litigation for North American law firms and corporate attorneys. Mr. Ayón has also participated in several project financing operations and is well-known for his experience in consultancy work for the acquisition of Real Estate projects. Mr. Ayón is recognized for his extensive experience and knowledge in Corporate Law, Finance, Contracts, Franchising, Real Estate, Entertainment, Foreign Investment Laws and Labor litigation where he has successfully handled hundreds of cases representing corporate clients. He is licensed to practice Law in Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
Carlos Ayón has a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Central America in Costa Rica and the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua with a Master’s Degree in International Business and Banking Law from the Washington College Of Law of the American University. Mr. Ayón also has post-graduate studies in Business Law from Georgetown University.
