Carlos is part of the coordinating team responsible for the corporate and immigration services provided to regional and local clients. His work focuses on the preparation and review of documents, regulatory procedures before public institutions, daily advisory, notarial procedures, granting of powers of attorney, preparation of agreements, preparation of assemblies, due diligence processes, regulatory compliance, and relocation procedures.​

Specifically in the area of immigration and relocation, Carlos is a member of the global mobility team, responsible for assisting both individuals and local and regional companies. He has extensive experience in temporary residence applications under COMEX for executives and their dependents, as well as temporary residences for investors, rentiers, and retirees. Additionally, he has experience in consular visa procedures, permanent residences, residence cancellations, exit permits, driver's license homologations, relocations, lease agreements, and the purchase and sale of movable and immovable property.​

Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the International University of the Americas.​
