Heidi Arreola Leal is an attorney and Notary, graduated from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala; currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Labor Law and Social Security at the same institution.

She serves as a senior at EY Law, providing advisory and consulting services in Corporate, Labor, Immigration, Trademark, and Regulatory Law, having more than six years of experience in these areas of law. Within her background, she has participated in Corporate and Labor Law audits for national and multinational companies, where she has provided added value in operational and strategic decision-making in corporate aspects, governance, and regulatory compliance before regulated and non-regulated entities. Her advice and execution has been key for launching businesses in Guatemala, the continuity of their operations, and strategic contract management. In labor advice, and health and occupational safety, she stands out for providing preventive advice in day-to-day activities, as well as strategic decisions in different industries, sectors, and jurisdictions; as an immigration consultant, her recommendations have proven essential to determine the most appropriate way to hire foreign individuals in Guatemala and ensuring their regulatory compliance for both employer and employee.

She has been part of tender processes before public entities and international cooperation, corporate restructuring, land and registry investigations in real estate matters, as well as taking part in regulatory analysis for the pharmaceutical sector.
