Joan has 5 years of experience focus on Immigration, Labour and Corporate.
Previous joining EY Law she worked at several firm handling migratory and corporate matters for multinational companies in Panama, asisting their departments and excecutives in HR for obtaining residence and work permits according to the type of visa applicable, as well as extensive experience providing advice on labor matters, including drafting of contracts and internal regulations.
Joan holds a Masters degree in Neurocommunications of Murcia University. Also, she had a Diploma in Procedural Law and a Law Degree and Political Science both from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá (UIP).
Joan is member of Panama bar Association since 2018 and of the Junior Chamber International of Panama (JCI).
