Biography

Katherine Villatoro specializes in Corporate Law, Compliance, Real Estate, Non-Profit Organizations, Labor, and Immigration, with 8 years of professional experience advising multinational entities across various industries. Her experience, combined with her organizational skills, transparency, and ability to work in a team, has allowed her to excel in advisory collaborations and in coordinating projects in Central America, particularly in processes of migration mobility, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, among others.

She holds a degree as a Lawyer and Notary from Rafael Landívar University, with a specialization in Corporate Law and a diploma in State Procurement and Acquisitions.
