Sebastian Sauter is a Senior of the Corporate and Commercial Division of EY Law, where he has participated in cases concerning mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution and agency, collaborating mainly in due diligence processes, research, review of agreements, and drafting and preparation of legal reports and notarial documents.
He is member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
Sebastian Sauter holds a Licenciate in Law (equivalent to JD), with honors, from the Universidad de Costa.
