Victor Valle has 10 years of professional experience in the legal field and has been working as Manager at EY Law Nicaragua. He advises in the areas of corporate law, labor law, competition law, consumer protection and compliance.

Since joining EY, he has been involved in advising on restructuring and start-up projects, mergers and acquisitions due diligence for clients in the financial services, private security, telecommunications and construction sectors.

Prior to joining EY, Víctor worked as a legal advisor for various financial institutions in Nicaragua, where he actively participated in portfolio management processes, the preparation of credit agreements and the constitution of real and personal guarantees, as well as in portfolio recovery processes through extrajudicial and judicial means, mainly before the courts of Managua, León, Masaya, Granada and Carazo.

He is a lawyer and notary authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice, a graduate of the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua (UPOLI) and has a post-graduate degree in Nicaraguan Civil Procedure Law (UCA), as well as several studies in credit management, labor, notarial and contractual consulting.

He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA).
