Walter is Senior Manager of EY Law.
He has more than 11 years of experience in Administrative Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Contracting, Administrative Litigation, Regulatory Compliance, Private Contracting, Tax Law, Telecommunications, Corporate Law and Municipal Law.
Walter have vast experience as General Counsel advising highly regulated companies, which allows him to have a broader understanding of clients’ needs
He has also worked as a university professor teaching courses on contracting, obligations and comparative regulation.
Walter has a MBA with Emphasis in Finance ( 2022).
He also has a Diploma in Economic Regulation and Competition Law from University of Valladolid (2020) and a Law Degree from University of Costa Rica (2011).
