The Superintendence of Banks and Other Financial Entities (SIBOIF in Spanish) issued 3 resolutions on the update of the minimum share capital for companies that manage investment funds, securitization funds, and stock brokerages. These resolutions were published in La Gaceta Official Newspaper on March 21 and 22, 2023.

Below are the new share capitals:
