Biography

Professional in Law specializing in corporate, regulatory and immigration law, with a global client portfolio, in charge of complex legal projects that include regulatory and compliance management of companies in the consumer sector (mainly), organizational transformation projects (mergers and acquisitions, splits, modification of organizational structures, risk analysis, among others), due diligence processes, creation of internal manuals and drafting of internal policies, participation in inspection processes and/or internal audits, as well as those carried out by authorities government and external entities, legal advice on various topics including drafting and/or review of contracts of various nature (including those with multi-jurisdictional implications), participation in commercial negotiation processes with clients and/or suppliers, implementation of preventive compliance processes, including the use of technological tools, among others. In immigration matters, in charge of a robust portfolio of business clients (to a greater extent) with considerable volumes of immigration-related requirements for their foreign collaborators. Likewise in charge of special projects that include attracting clients in coastal areas such as Guanacaste.

Nadia has more than 10 years of professional experience and holds a Law Degree, with a Postgraduate Degree in Notary and Registry Law from Universidad La Salle. She has a Specialization in Leadership Management: “Personal and Team Leadership”, from INCAE, and multiple certifications in global mobility, business innovation, marketing, leadership, corporate strategy, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Languages: Spanish, English (C1-C2)  and French (DELF B2).
