Professional in Law with extensive experience in commercial, corporate, real estate, notarial, and immigration law.

Valery is part of the Corporate Team in charge of overseeing regional corporate client support, focusing her work on preparation and review of contracts and commercial agreements, regulatory procedures with Public Institutions, day-to-day corporate advice, notarial procedures of deeds of sale of personal and real properties, granting of powers and their respective registrations in the National Registry, preparation of assembly agreements, corporate policies, corporate, contractual and regulatory due diligence processes, among other corporate services.

In immigration matters, Valery is part of the Regional Coordinating Team and has extensive experience in registering reputable companies, applications for COMEX temporary residences for important Executives and their dependents. She also has experience in permanent residence procedures, changes of employer, cancellations of residences, exit permits, license endorsements, temporary residences as investors and all kinds of general immigration procedures.

Valery has more than 6 years of professional experience and holds a Law degree from the Universidad Hispanoamericana de Costa Rica. She is currently pursuing a specialty in digital law at ULACIT and is in the process of joining the Costa Rica Bar Association. In addition, she holds a technical degree in accounting and finance.
